About the Opportunity

This role ensures that organisational procedures are well-defined, accessible, and compliant with relevant standards. It is essential for organisations striving for operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and efficient knowledge sharing.

As a Procedure Documentation Analyst, you will:

  • Document, standardise, and improve business processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Create clear and detailed procedure guides, process maps, and visual aids.
  • Ensure compliance, version control, and accessibility of all documentation.

About You

You thrive in an environment where you can make a tangible impact through detailed, well-structured documentation. You’ll bring:

  • Strong technical writing skills, creating clear, concise, and user-friendly procedure manuals, guides, and process documents.
  • Expertise in process mapping tools like Visio or BPMN for visualising workflows and conducting gap analysis.
  • An ability to identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements for optimisation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile practices (preferred).
  • Proficiency in documentation tools like MS Word, Confluence, Google Docs, and managing SharePoint wiki pages and Dynamic 365 Knowledge Bases.
