  • Support and resource parishes and communities in developing vibrant models of marriage and family discipleship
  • Build and lead networks for catechists, sacramental teams, and children’s ministry leaders.
  • Inspire and empower parents as the primary educators of their children’s faith.
  • Work alongside parish and community leaders in building cultures that welcome, include, and accompany families in all stages of life.
  • Develop engaging resources and formation for marriage prep and lifelong family faith.
  • Champion the missionary vocation of families—helping them encounter, grow in, and share Christ.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Proclaim team to drive shared mission outcomes.

About You:

  • You have, or are working toward a tertiary qualification in theology, religious education, ministry or a related field
  • You have demonstrated experience in Catholic ministry with couples and/or families.
  • You have a strong personal faith and a heart for mission
  • You have an understanding of discipleship models in a Catholic context
