The Australian YCW, ACI, the Cardijn Community Australia and YCW Holdings are organising a Mass and reunion in Melbourne on Saturday 24 May 2025 to celebrate the centenary of the foundation of the Young Christian Workers (YCW) in Belgium in 1925.

The principal celebrant at the Mass will be Archbishop of Melbourne Peter A Comensoli.

Program

  • 3pm: Mass
  • 4pm: Social gathering in church hall

All are welcome to join us on the day! Why not form a group of friends from your old YCW group to help make it a big day out?

This is one of a series of initiatives now taking place around the world to bring current YCW leaders and former members together to celebrate the first hundred years of the movement and look to the future.
