World Refugee Day 2023 Prayer Service

You are warmly invited to attend the World Refugee Day 2023 Prayer Service hosted by the Australian Catholic Migrant and Refugee Office, with dioceses and migrant refugee offices from around Australia.

Every year, at World Refugee Day, we set a special time aside to pray for and focus on the stories of millions of refugees around the world. Their stories are usually of pain, loss and hardship. But they are also hopeful, inspiring stories of resilience, of finding freedom and starting a new life in a new country, where they feel safe and at peace.

Please, join this prayer service so we can unite in prayer for the dignity and justice for all refugees, and to thank God for the good news stories of refugees who have found safety and freedom.
