What can I do to share the Gospel with our school communities?
The Catholic school is today’s ‘mission field’. For many families, it is the only place where people encounter the Church in their daily lives. The missionary imperative to share the Gospel—the Great Commission—today may seem daunting. In this last instalment of the Vibrant Parishes Formation Series, hear real-life experiences and the wisdom of a parish priest and a school leadership team member as they speak about the importance of listening, building relationships, facing challenges and seeking new opportunities to bring parish and school closer together in mission. Afterwards, a workshop will explore key findings, stories of hope, and resources to help you do the same in your communities.
The Vibrant Parishes Formation Series is a five-part monthly series where international and local speakers explore how we can animate and strengthen the five characteristics of a vibrant parish: worship, evangelisation, formation, fellowship and service.
Open to parish priests, leadership, volunteers and all interested.
