Deacon John Vespa of the Archdiocese of Melbourne will be ordained to the priesthood by Pope Leo XIV on Friday 27 June (the feast of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus) at St Peter’s in Rome. Deacon John will be representing Australia as one of about 30 seminarians from around the world to be ordained by the Pope.
