Good and Beer: ‘Catholicism at the movies’

Join God and Beer on their first event of the year! Jeremy Ambrose, pastoral associate for staff at Australian Catholic University’s Melbourne campus, will walk you through some of the great films where art and evangelisation have come together on the silver screen.

Jeremy is passionate about the arts, especially movies, books and Elvis Presley’s music. He curates monthly film screenings for the Melbourne Catholic Cinephiles community.

God and Beer is an initiative of the Knights of the Southern Cross and brings together people of all ages from across the south-east suburbs several times a year. It aims to inspire and strengthen Christians through ideas for renewing the Church by drawing on the truth, beauty and goodness of the Catholic tradition.

Dinner is available for purchase from 6.30pm. Talk begins at 7.30pm.
