Fiat 2024—A Weekend of Prayer

For the second year running, our local communities of grace across the Archdiocese of Melbourne will unite for a weekend of prayer from Friday 31 May to Sunday 2 June 2024. The weekend coincides with the feast of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi). Parishes, religious communities, chaplaincies and movements are invited to join the broader Archdiocesan community and hold a special time of prayer in the local places of gathering.

Proclaim: The Office for Mission Renewal will be working with local communities to provide resources and support in the lead up to this weekend of prayer. Fiat is also an opportunity to continue our Year of Prayer journey as we prepare for Jubilee Year 2025 as an Archdiocesan community.
