This year, the Catholic Social Services Victoria (CSSV) Dinner will be held at the State Library of Victoria, and as in previous years, it promises to be a lively evening of great conversation, good food and a chance to meet and catch up with the extended CSSV community.
We are delighted to announce that Alice Pung OAM will be our guest speaker in conversation with Michael McGirr. Alice is an award-winning author, and is also a qualified lawyer working at the Fair Work Commission. As the child of Chinese refugees who fled to Australia from Cambodia, she brings a rich diversity of experiences and interests to her writing, and we look forward to hearing her perspective on the themes of belonging and social cohesion.
Places are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.
CSSV is grateful to Catholic Development Fund and Australian Catholic University for their support of this event.
