Presented by Australian Catholic University, the Big Sing for Big Cause performance is back and will be held at St Patrick’s Cathedral.

Volunteer singers, choirs and instrumentalists from Victoria and Auckland, New Zealand, will combine in this special international event. The program features the 10th anniversary performance of Street Requiem—For Those Who Died On The Street.

Led by conductor Dr Kathleen McGuire, this event advocates for people who are experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity and will help raise funds for services that directly help people experiencing hardship, as well as for ACU’s Urgent Financial Hardship Grants.

The event will also feature special guests Tracee Hutchinson (award-winning broadcaster and journalist) and Jess Hitchcock (internationally renowned Indigenous singer/songwriter and mezzo soprano).
