We warmly invite you to join us in celebrating the joy of Christmas with our Archdiocesan Carols Special, Jesus is Christmas, to be broadcast Monday 20 December at 7.30pm on Community TV Channel C31 (Channel 44 on digital TV) and streamed live on the Archdiocesan YouTube channel.

Presented in partnership with Mercy Health and VMCH, the one-hour carols special will feature Christmas favourites such as O Come, O Come, Emmanuel by the celebrated opera tenor Michael Petrucelli and O Holy Night by Wiradjuri soprano Shauntai Batzke and the Mia Sorella Trio. Other carols include the English medieval Christmas classic, Sing we to this merry company, and a special treat from our Filipino Chaplaincy Choir singing traditional Christmas hymns such as Noche Buena (‘Christmas Eve’) and Kumukutikutitap (‘sparkling lights’).

As the year comes to a close, we hope you can join us for an evening of songs old and new, and be reminded of the true Hope that Christmas brings—Jesus—who is our Hope and Light now and always!
