Product Support CDFpay

The Catholic Development Fund are seeking to hire for the role of Product Support, CDFpay. Product Support, CDFpay will play a critical role in supporting CDF’s white label payment solution CDFpay for Schools, and in the provision of high quality and accessible financial services to the CDF’s clients. This position is responsible for providing support for the successful use and distribution of the CDFpay for Schools product to CDF’s customers and their end users.

CDF’s aim is to bring best of breed financial services products to CDF clients through high quality partnerships with other financial services providers. Our deep knowledge of the CDF client base ensures we can identify those products and providers that can truly add value. Additionally, our integration capabilities deliver a better outcome from a straight through processing and automated solution perspective wherever possible.

As this is an entry level position, we will be providing relevant training within the role. Therefore, we hope to hire someone with a positive attitude with a willingness to learn!

Position Responsibility:

  • Provide first point of contact support to the CDFpay for Schools customers, including but not limited to technical and operational assistance with support requests, ensuring delivery of great customer experience (CX),
  • Meet CDFpay for Schools Service Level Agreements (SLA) in a timely fashion,
  • Troubleshoot and Identify solutions to resolve customers’ issues, and
  • Provide product guidance and training on CDFpay for Schools to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting ideas on how to best harness benefits of the product.

Desirable

1. Previous experience in online payment products

2. Previous experience in remote customer service

3. Previous experience in software product customer support

4. Previous experience in a Catholic Church organisation
