Executive Manager, Marketing and Communications, Catholic Development Fund

We are seeking an experienced marketing and communications professional to join our team on a full time basis to take charge of our marketing strategy, brand development, digital marketing and communications.

In this role you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the CDF marketing strategy. With your years of experience and working closely with the GM Client Services, you will take a lead on the delivery of best-practice and innovative brand, digital and communication strategies and will work to ensure that all promotional and positioning activities compliment CDF’s organisational objectives.

Working closely with the Client Services team and cross-functionally across the organisation, this position will lead a small and agile team, involving a high level of hands-on work and close

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing role
  • Qualifications in Marketing/Communications/Brand or similar
  • Management experience with effective situational analysis and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proven experience working proactively with/and or ability to influence Senior Executives and a wide range of stakeholders to achieve organisational goals
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Aptitude for being creative, driven, enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Experience in leading, coaching and developing others
  • Ability and willingness to work in an agile environment
  • Experience within a small office environment

It would also be great if you have:

  • Agile certification or previous experience in an agile working environment
  • previous experience working in a financial institution
  • previous experience and/or comfortable working in a Catholic Church organisation
