Continuous Improvement Specialist, Client Services, Catholic Development Fund

Are you a CI specialist looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking a motivated Continuous Improvement Specialist to come join our Client Services team on a full time basis to drive process improvement initiatives that improve the experience for our clients and employees.

Working at the Catholic Development Fund (CDF) you will be partnering with a values-based financial organisation that puts people and communities ahead of profit.

In this role you will be responsible for mapping inputs and outputs of defined business processes, conducting analysis utilising methodologies such as Lean/Six Sigma and for recommending ways to improve efficiency, reduce cost or increase customer satisfaction. As you actively champion continuous improvement, you will help embed a continuous improvement culture to improve outcomes of various business processes.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • previous experience in a Continuous or Business Improvement role
  • ability to impact operations and effect change
  • excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • to be detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
  • critical thinking and an ability to synthesise information in a meaningful way
  • problem solving skills
  • able to work independently and with others
  • extremely organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • excellent relationship building skills
  • agile certification
  • demonstrated understanding of Lean Six Sigma practices

It would also be great if you have:

  • relevant graduate business qualifications
  • experience in delivering Lean Six Sigma Green Belt projects
  • previous experience working in a financial institution
  • previous experience and/or comfortable working in a Catholic Church organisation
